1.1 This website (“our site”) is operated by IFootballFactory Group Technologies Limited (“We”, “Us”). We are a business division of Ifootballfactory Group, registered in England and Wales under company number 13695414.

2.1 This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms of use on which you may make use of our site. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use, which include the privacy policy that applies to our site (the "Privacy Policy") and that you agree to abide by them. 5.8 We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of our acceptable use policy or content use policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate (including but not limited to editing or deleting any Message or User Name transmitted by you).

5.9 Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of our terms of website use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

    • 5.9.1 Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.

When accessing our site via mobile, standard network charges apply. Your handset must be WAP enabled. You may incur additional WAP and GPRS charges from your network operator according to your contract.

These terms of use shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection law of your country shall remain unaffected.

If a provision of these terms of use is determined to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the validity of the rest of the terms of use shall remain unaffected. If any unlawful or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Any non-English version of the terms of use will only be published as a matter of translation. In case of any inconsistencies or conflict between the English and non-English version of these terms of use, the English version shall always prevail.
